    CINCINNATI, Ohio – An inmate at the Lebanon Correctional Institution northeast of Cincinnati was killed in a fight Tuesday. The Warren County Coroner's Office identified the inmate as Luther Wade, 26. His autopsy was underway this morning, WXIX-TV in Cincinnati reported. He died during an altercation with another inmate about 2 p.m. Tuesday, coroner's officials said.
