    RUSSELL COUNTY, Ky. — The body of a missing Cincinnati man was found Wednesday evening in Lake Cumberland, the Russell County Sheriff’s Office reported. Ronald Marshall, 60, of Cincinnati, was reported missing on Tuesday. His family said it had not heard from him since Saturday night.
