CINCINNATI -- One person is dead after what appears to be an attempted burglary Saturday afternoon, Cincinnati police said.Officers were called to Roe Street near Jameson Street around 12:45 p.m. A resident there shot 35-year-old Tyrone Frazier, a would-be burglar, Lt.
